STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CAKE
The base of the cake is moist and soft, alternating between layers of strawberry and Kitchen's homemade strawberry jam. Mixed with that is a special cream that combines whipping cream with cream cheese and mascarpone to make the cream more stable. The top of the cake is decorated with fresh strawberries to make the cake more sweet.
